Expertise and capabilities

The International WaterCentre provides expert consulting services across all aspects of the water cycle from catchment management through to technology of water supply and sanitation, receiving water quality and cross cutting issues such as governance, policy and socio-economic dimensions of water.

The IWC brings its university members together to collaborate and to bring the biophysical sciences and social and economic disciplines together to inform policy making.

In our work we are mindful of the variables involved in water management such as culture, society, engineering, science, environment, governance, politics and economics.
